Doctor Ficardos Christos was born and spend his childhood in Limassol until the end of his military service. He moved to Germany where he started studied Physics, for two years. Afterwards he started his medical school studies in the medical school of R.W.T.H Aachen University. In Aachen he met his future wife, Kalliopi Vatamidou, from Thessaloniki. They are parents of two daughters, Katerina and Evanthia.
In the 3rd year of his studies, with the arrival of his first daughter, he left Germany and continued studying at the medical school of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki where he graduated as a doctor. After graduating, he worked as a practicing physician for a year in Cyprus. Specialised for five years, Internal medicine in the general hospital ”Gennimatas” in Thessaloniki. After completing his specialisation training he worked as a private doctor in the areas of Thessaloniki and Pieria-Katerini.
In 2017 he returned to Cyprus , in order to work with the international healthcare company MedNet, providing services as a medical inspector. Since June 2019 he is also, providing primary healthcare services, as a Personal Doctor, to the beneficiaries of the GHS (general healthcare system – gesy) of Cyprus, while contracted with the HIO (Health Insurance Organism).
